This program is intended for CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, professionals with relevant project experience, and leaders aiming to coach, mentor, and drive enterprise-level improvements.

Gain access to advanced self-paced theory modules, examination materials, project templates, and world-class resources for mastering Lean Six Sigma at the strategic level.
Complete all theory modules, pass theoretical exams with a minimum score of 70%, and submit 3 to 5 DMAIC or DMADV projects for review. Each project is one presentation of five pages — one per DMAIC/DMADV phase.
For each project submitted, you will be asked 3 to 5 in-depth questions with responses submitted in written form, ensuring a deep understanding of real-world application.
Both live projects (based on actual business cases) and hypothetical projects (suitable for protecting sensitive data) are accepted, provided all projects clearly demonstrate structured LSS application.
If a project does not meet certification standards, constructive feedback is provided and you have the opportunity to modify and resubmit. Our goal is to help you achieve mastery, not just compliance.
Upon successful completion, you receive an official CSSC Accredited | ASQ & ISO 18404 Aligned Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification and a downloadable electronic certificate via the LSSB platform.
