The certification for Black Belts who lead enterprise LSS programs — not just run projects.
You hold a Black Belt certification and have at least 2 years of hands-on project experience leading DMAIC or DMADV initiatives.
You are leading or preparing to lead multi-project or multi-site LSS programmes — not just executing individual projects.
You are targeting an independent LSS practice, an internal Head of LSS role, or an enterprise deployment leadership position.
Submit a short intake form covering your Black Belt certification, years of project experience, and deployment goals. Prerequisites are reviewed by the LSSB board before a place is confirmed.
Work through advanced strategic LSS content: enterprise deployment methodology, programme governance, leadership and change management, and AI-assisted process improvement frameworks.
Submit 3 to 5 completed DMAIC or DMADV projects for review by the MBB board. AI-assisted pre-review accelerates turnaround and provides structured feedback before the formal board assessment.
A structured Q&A session with senior MBBs on the LSSB board. Expect questions on your project decisions, statistical choices, stakeholder management, and programme design thinking.
Upon successful completion, you receive a globally recognised Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certificate issued by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) — the most widely recognised independent LSS accreditation body.
Build and govern multi-site, multi-team LSS programmes from strategy through to sustained capability.
Mentor practitioners through complex DMAIC cycles, statistical analysis, and stakeholder navigation.
Move beyond individual project ROI to portfolio-level financial impact, tracked and reported at executive level.
Carry a credential that is independently verified and recognised by enterprises and institutions worldwide.
"This curriculum is designed to foster future readiness, incorporating a blend of AI and thought leadership. It is not enough to merely demonstrate confidence in statistical prowess — it is about the ability to explore possibilities and set boundaries for expectations simultaneously. My previous ASQ MBB certification was a review of my past; this one was about how good I can become."

"The course quality is excellent. Having been initially trained as a black belt with another statistical analysis software, the discovery of Minitab was effective. I also found interesting the insights on certain aspects of DMAIC such as team management. During project reviews, Remco always had insightful questions that made me progress in my mastery of LSS methods."

Black Belt, Pharma
"I've been passionate about Lean Six Sigma for years and it's been a career goal of mine to become officially Master Black Belt certified. Lean Six Sigma Bureau walked me through the process and my dreams are now a reality. They readily answered questions, set up project reviews, and at the end provided me with an internationally recognised certification. Thank you Remco and LSSB!"
